New spinal cord stimulation method aims to cut chronic pain in half

Summary

This study tests a new type of spinal cord stimulation (called TVP-SCS) in 70 adults with long-term back and leg pain that hasn't responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce pain by at least 50% after 3 months. Participants will use a commercially approved Boston Scientific device.
