Summary

This study is testing several different drug combinations in people with advanced ER-positive breast cancer that has stopped responding to prior treatments. The trial is designed like an 'umbrella,' allowing new drug combos to be added as they become available. About 316 participants will be enrolled across three groups based on their cancer type and previous treatments. The goal is to see which combinations shrink tumors and are safe.
