Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called HRS8807, alone or with another drug (SHR6390), in people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-negative). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the body processes the drugs. About 46 participants whose cancer has progressed after prior hormone therapy will take part.
