NCT ID NCT06953882

First seen May 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is for people with a common type of breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-negative) that has a moderate to high risk of coming back based on tumor size and lymph node involvement, but a low genetic risk score. The goal is to see if patients can safely skip chemotherapy and instead take a combination of a targeted drug (ribociclib) and hormone therapy for one year. About 140 participants will choose their treatment path, and researchers will track how many stop the drug early due to side effects or other reasons.
