New hope for hard-to-treat breast cancer: drug combo targets triple positive tumors

Summary

This study tests a new drug called elacestrant, combined with two standard biologic therapies, in people with advanced triple positive breast cancer (ER+, PR+, HER2+). The goal is to see if the combination can slow or stop cancer growth. About 50 women aged 18 and older will take part.
