Summary
This study tested whether eating Moringa or dates for 28 days could help new mothers with postpartum depression. 363 mothers with mild to severe depression and low breast milk production took part. Researchers measured changes in depression scores, stress hormone (cortisol) levels, and breast milk volume. The goal was to see if these natural foods could improve mood and milk supply.
