Summary
This study is observing 200 adults with advanced liver cancer who are starting a new treatment with two drugs, tremelimumab and durvalumab. Researchers want to see how long it takes for liver problems to get worse, how patients feel, and how safe the treatment is in everyday medical practice. Participants must have good liver function at the start and not have had other cancer treatments before.
