First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a mobile app that lets pregnant women with high blood pressure or diabetes check their blood pressure and blood sugar at home and share results with their doctors. Researchers will enroll 864 women in Nepal to see if using the app plus standard care leads to better health for mothers and babies compared to standard care alone. The goal is to reduce complications like early delivery or NICU stays.
