Summary

This study collects blood, urine, sputum, and lung tissue from 4,000 adults at high risk for lung cancer. Researchers will analyze these samples to find DNA changes and other markers that could help predict how lung cancer develops. The goal is to learn more about the disease, not to test a new treatment.
