Summary
This study looked at whether a set of head and neck exercises (called Cawthorne-Cooksey exercises) can improve neck awareness and daily function in people with long-term neck pain from a pinched nerve. 54 adults aged 30-45 with mild to moderate neck disability and dizziness took part.
