Summary

This study looks at whether adding tools like a goal planner, personalized texts, or health coach sessions helps adults follow their diet goals better in a 6-month mobile weight loss program. About 580 overweight or obese adults will take part. The goal is to find the best combination of these extras to improve diet adherence.
