Summary
This study tests a home-based rehabilitation program for people who were critically ill with COVID-19. Participants use a mobile app to guide them through exercise sessions, including high-intensity interval training. The goal is to improve walking distance, fitness, and physical function. The program is designed for patients who can go directly home from the hospital.
