Summary

This study tested a new online therapy program designed to support transgender and gender-diverse people in Romania. The program aimed to reduce depression, anxiety, and behaviors linked to HIV risk through 16 weekly video sessions with a trained therapist. Researchers worked with 25 participants to see if this culturally tailored approach was practical, acceptable, and showed promise for improving mental health and well-being.
