Summary

This study is testing whether a smartphone-based coaching program can help people in rural areas better manage their high blood pressure. About 334 participants with uncontrolled blood pressure will use home monitors and receive either personalized coaching or general health information via an app. The goal is to see if the coaching improves blood pressure control, medication adherence, and quality of life over 12 months.
