Summary
This study looked at whether a digital training platform could help clinicians effectively use a smartphone app called FOCUS to support people with serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression. 191 adults used the app and received coaching from trained clinicians. The goal was to see if this approach improved psychiatric symptoms, quality of life, and recovery.
