Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week education and counseling program delivered through a mobile phone app can help menopausal women manage urinary incontinence. Researchers are comparing 82 women who use the app and receive phone support to a group that does not. The goal is to see if the app reduces symptom severity and improves sleep and overall quality of life.
