Summary

This study tests a new drug called mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez) in 450 people with ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum chemotherapy. The goal is to see if Mo-Rez helps people live longer without their cancer growing compared to standard treatments. Researchers will also check for side effects and how well the drug is tolerated.
