Summary
This study tested a new experimental drug called MMV367 in 12 healthy adults who were intentionally infected with a controlled malaria infection. The goal was to measure how the drug behaves in the body and how well it kills malaria parasites. Participants were closely monitored and received standard malaria treatment at the end of the study to ensure full recovery.
