Summary

This study aims to adapt the widely used Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) memory test so it works better for people in Reunion Island. The current French version has questions that don't fit local culture, which can lead to wrong results. Researchers will test the new version on 400 healthy adults and people with Alzheimer's or vascular cognitive problems to see if it's more accurate.
