First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the drug MK-1084 (calderasib) moves through the body in people with and without liver problems. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects. About 58 adults will take a single dose and be monitored. The goal is to understand if liver impairment changes how the drug is processed, which helps doctors decide on safe dosing.
