Summary
This study tracks 721 Chinese adults with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain to see how safe and effective mirogabalin is in everyday medical practice. Participants must have moderate to severe pain and have not taken mirogabalin before. The main focus is on side effects like dizziness and sleepiness, not on curing diabetes or nerve damage.
