Summary
This study tested two approved drugs, mirabegron and montelukast, in 78 adults with liver cirrhosis who also had overactive bladder and asthma. The goal was to see if the drugs are safe and help control bladder and breathing symptoms. Participants were grouped by liver disease severity and took adjusted doses based on computer modeling.
