First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness yoga program, done mostly at home via video calls, can reduce the impact of fibromyalgia. Sixty-four adults with fibromyalgia are randomly assigned to either the yoga program or standard physiotherapy. The goal is to see if yoga improves daily function and symptoms better than usual care.
