Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based program could help adults who had lost weight keep it off. 48 participants who had lost weight through bariatric surgery, medical programs, or lifestyle changes took part. The program focused on changing eating behaviors and savoring food. Researchers measured weight changes over 6 months to see if the training helped prevent regain.
