NCT ID NCT06870305
First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether a group mindfulness program can reduce distress and prevent full psychosis in 270 young adults (ages 18–30) who show early warning signs. Participants will either receive mindfulness therapy plus usual care, or usual care alone. The goal is to see if mindfulness can lower symptoms, improve quality of life, and keep people from progressing to a first psychotic episode.
