NCT ID NCT06336538

Summary

This study is developing and testing a shorter version of mindfulness therapy specifically for older Black women who have survived breast cancer and are experiencing mild to moderate depression. Researchers want to see if this adapted approach is practical and acceptable for this community, which often faces barriers to mental health care.
