Summary
This study tests whether mindfulness meditation can reduce chronic low back pain in adults aged 50 and older. Researchers will track pain levels and explore how the gut-brain connection plays a role. 66 participants will practice meditation for 8 weeks, and the goal is to see if this mind-body approach offers a drug-free way to ease pain and improve daily function.
