NCT ID NCT07513662

First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a fully online mindfulness program is a practical and acceptable option for teens aged 12-17 who have migraines. Researchers will compare a group mindfulness program to a group headache education program, both delivered via telehealth. The main goal is to see if teens are willing to join and stick with the program, not yet to measure if it reduces headaches.
