Can mindfulness break the stress cycle for High-Risk pregnancies?
NCT ID NCT04496115
Summary
This study aims to see if teaching mindfulness skills can help reduce depression, anxiety, and stress in pregnant women who are hospitalized because they are at risk of delivering their baby too early. It will involve 60 participants who will either receive weekly mindfulness coaching for four weeks or receive their usual care. Researchers will use questionnaires to measure changes in the mothers' mental well-being before and after the four-week period.
