Summary
This study tests if listening to a short audio-guided mindfulness exercise can help reduce pain for people waiting to see an orthopedic doctor. About 300 adults will be randomly assigned to different lengths of mindfulness practice. The goal is to see if even a brief session can make pain feel less unpleasant and less intense.
