Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program can reduce hot flashes and improve sleep in menopausal women. 90 women aged 45-60 with hot flashes and poor sleep will be randomly assigned to either the MBSR program or no intervention. The program includes weekly sessions with breathing exercises, body scans, and stress management techniques, delivered both in-person and online.
