Summary
This study looks at whether a mindfulness-based stress management program can lower the burden and distress felt by people caring for a loved one undergoing a stem cell transplant for blood cancer. About 505 caregivers and patients are taking part. The program uses a smartphone app to teach mindfulness skills, and researchers will measure stress levels over six months.
