Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week online mindfulness course could improve resilience and reduce stress and burnout in UK dietitians. Thirty registered dietitians took part, with some attending the course and others on a waitlist. Researchers measured their well-being before, right after, and 3 and 6 months later.
