Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based program could help teenagers with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. Thirty-seven teens aged 13-18 took part, comparing mindfulness training to online peer support. The goal was to see if mindfulness improves CPAP adherence and related health outcomes.
