Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness program (MBSR) can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people with COPD who are already in pulmonary rehab. About 44 participants will be followed for 12 months to track changes in mood, quality of life, and medication use. The goal is to see if adding mindfulness to standard care improves emotional well-being.
