Summary
This study tests whether daily mindfulness exercises—like breathing and meditation—can reduce anxiety, depression, and poor sleep in women going through early menopause. Twenty women in Turkey will be split into two groups: one does mindfulness training for an hour, six days a week, while the other gets no special treatment. Researchers will compare their anxiety, depression, and sleep scores after the program.
