Summary

This study tests whether a therapy called Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) can help people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) feel better. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with BPD to see if MSC reduces self-harm, improves emotional control, and boosts quality of life. The goal is to find a practical, non-drug way to ease BPD symptoms.
