Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week mindful eating program can improve how new moms feed their infants and their own eating habits. 72 moms with babies aged 6-12 months will either take the program right away or wait 8 weeks. The program includes guided meditations, mindful eating exercises, and infant feeding strategies. Researchers will observe mealtime videos and track changes through surveys.
