First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new program called Mindful-Breath for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The program combines mindfulness, breathing exercises, and lifestyle coaching through group sessions and chat support. Researchers want to see if it is feasible and acceptable, and whether it helps reduce stress and increase physical activity. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either the Mindful-Breath program or a standard education session.
