Summary

This study tests a program called MIND that delivers nutrition and cooking lessons online to breast cancer survivors. The goal is to see if it helps improve diet quality and increase fruit and vegetable intake. About 49 people with stage I-III breast cancer will participate, and the program is delivered through a website called Cook for Your Life.
