Summary

This study tested whether people with ALS or Parkinson's disease could follow the MIND diet, a brain-healthy eating plan. 43 participants received educational materials and tracked their diet for several weeks. Researchers measured diet adherence, gut bacteria, and blood markers to see if the diet was practical and might affect disease symptoms.
