Summary
This study looked at whether following the MIND diet (a diet designed to protect the brain) is linked to lower rates of malnutrition and depression in people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers compared 30 Alzheimer's patients to 30 healthy older adults of similar age and sex. They measured diet, weight, blood tests, and mental health questionnaires to find possible connections.
