Summary

This study is testing whether a mind-body therapy program can reduce disability and pain in people with chronic back pain. About 150 adults aged 18 to 67 with persistent back pain will be randomly assigned to the mind-body program, a different mind-body approach, or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in pain-related disability, pain intensity, and anxiety over time.
