Summary
This study tested whether a mind-body program called amygdala insula retraining, along with lifestyle changes, can help people with multiple sclerosis feel better. 132 participants were split into groups receiving the program, lifestyle changes, or usual care. The goal was to see if these approaches reduce fatigue, pain, anxiety, and depression, and improve quality of life.
