Summary
This study tested whether a mind-body program called amygdala insula retraining, along with lifestyle changes, could improve symptoms in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 132 adults with MS were assigned to either the program, a lifestyle-only group, or a waitlist. The main goal was to see if these approaches could reduce fatigue and improve quality of life beyond usual care.
