Summary
This study looked at whether mind-body exercises (like gentle movement and breathing) can lower stress, anxiety, and fatigue in pregnant women. 34 women in their second trimester took part, with one group doing mind-body exercises and the other doing relaxation exercises. The goal was to see if these simple activities could help expecting mothers feel better during pregnancy.
