Summary
This study looked at whether mind-body exercises (like gentle movement and breathing) can lower stress, anxiety, and fatigue in pregnant women. 34 women in their second trimester were split into two groups: one did mind-body exercises, the other did relaxation exercises. The goal was to see if the mind-body group felt better than the relaxation group.
