Heart drug showdown: which works better after bypass?

Summary

This study compares two medications, milrinone and epinephrine, to treat right-sided heart dysfunction that can occur after heart surgery using a heart-lung machine. About 102 adults aged 18-70 with specific heart function criteria will be randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs. The main goal is to see which drug better improves heart function within 5 minutes after surgery.
