Summary

This study tests whether partially replacing wheat with millet or Bengal gram flour in rotis can lower blood sugar and help reverse prediabetes. About 140 adults with prediabetes will eat specially formulated rotis for three months while researchers track glucose levels and HbA1c. The goal is to see if a simple dietary change can improve glycemic control without medication.
