Summary
This study tested three formats (online, in-person group, and telehealth) of a parenting program called ADAPT for military families where a parent recently returned from deployment. The goal was to see which format best improves parenting skills and reduces children's risk for behavior problems and substance use. 244 families with a child aged 5-12 took part. The program aims to support family adjustment and prevent negative outcomes.
