Summary

This study compares two fast-dissolving migraine tablets, rimegepant (Nurtec ODT) and rizatriptan (Maxalt MLT-ODT), in adults coming to the emergency room with a migraine. The goal is to see which drug provides better pain relief within 60 and 120 minutes. 80 participants will receive one of the two medicines and report their pain levels.
