First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study is looking for tiny molecules in the blood, called microRNAs, that might be linked to nerve damage caused by chemotherapy. Researchers will study 90 people with lung or colon cancer who are receiving specific chemo drugs. The goal is to see if these molecules can help predict or measure nerve problems, which could lead to better monitoring and care.
